• You agree to provide accurate details (legal name, national ID, valid email, and active phone number).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may review, suspend, or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate this Agreement, or risk our reputation or security.

4) Your Responsibilities

• Maintain only one personal account; keep your password private.
• Upload your own profile photo only (optional feature).
• Use the Website for lawful, educational, and professional purposes; do not harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Consent that live sessions (e.g., webinars) may be recorded and shared through Rosymbo channels for learning and reference.

5) Our Responsibilities

• Use your personal data only for legitimate training, verification, support, and administrative purposes.
• Enable you to update your profile information and request account deletion; we aim to process removals within one month of acknowledging your request.
• Offer guidance on using the Website and provide reasonable technical support.
• Restrict user-to-user account access; each account is private to its holder.

6) User Content

You retain ownership of materials you upload (e.g., journals, presentations, documents, links). By submitting content, you grant Rosymbo a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute it for educational, platform, and promotional purposes. We may moderate or remove content that violates policies or law.

7) Data & Backups

We perform regular backups and will make reasonable efforts to restore data in case of issues. We do not guarantee retention of content beyond three years.

9) Prohibited Uses

Our total liability will not exceed USD $1 or the amount you paid to Rosymbo in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is higher.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts located in Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to this Agreement. You waive any right to a jury trial for such disputes.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
